Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead large-scale change and communications initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver strategic plans to drive adoption and minimize resistance to change.
  • Design and implement impactful communications, engagement, and training programs to enhance cyber awareness and support digital transformation.
  • Conduct thorough stakeholder and change impact assessments to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed change management best practices into delivery strategies.
  • Coach leaders to effectively navigate their teams through complex change initiatives.
  • Monitor and refine the effectiveness of change and communications initiatives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in change management, including communications and stakeholder engagement.
  • Background in IT, cybersecurity, or compliance/regulatory projects (desired).
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with a proactive and resilient approach to driving change.
Preferred Skills:
  • Certification in change management or related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful change initiatives.
