As a key member of our leadership team, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build our brand in the South West region of WA, managing a portfolio of customers and providing return to work services, vocational counselling, job placement and assessment services across various schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage a portfolio of customers providing return to work services, vocational counselling, job placement and assessment services across a variety of schemes, including Workcover, ComCare, DVA and Life Insurance industries;">
  • Support our Regional Team Leader and State Manager with customer network development and continuous improvement projects;">
  • Contribute to the development of others through mentoring and coaching; and">
  • Utilise initiative to solve problems and achieve outcomes.">

Requirements:

">

The successful candidate will possess:

">
  • ">
  • Professional registration with either AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or AASW;">
  • Allied Health qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work;">
  • A minimum of two years of occupational rehabilitation or claims management experience;">
  • Demonstrated ability to manage additional responsibilities while maintaining an active caseload;">
  • Proven ability to exceed performance targets, including RTW, Quality and Service Delivery KPIs;">
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team culture and growth; and">
  • Current driver's licence and car.">
