The Role: HSE Advisor

Our client is a WA owned and operated company that specialises in civil, mining and construction. Due to continues growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced and qualified HSE Advisor to join the business on a permanent basis.

The Role as the HSE Advisor will be to work across their head office in Bunbury, and travel to various sites throughout the Southwest and Pilbara region when required. The role will actively get involved in onsite activities, including, incident reporting, investigations, pre-start/toolbox talks, continuous improvement, compliance and quality control, document control, and management of the HSE system.

Key skills and qualifications required:

  • Current Australian Drivers Licence.
  • Diploma or Certificate 4 in HSE
  • Cert 4 in Training and assessing
  • National police clearance.
  • 4+ years experience working in a similar role.
  • Background working within mining, civils, transport or haulage.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test.

  • Salary Package: $100,000 - $120,000 + Super + vehicle (negotiable)
