About the position

We are seeking an experienced property professional to join our growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As a senior property advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs
  • Cultivating new opportunities for existing clients' investments
  • Carrying out routine property inspections and managing client accounts
  • Preparing necessary documents for landlords and tenants

About you

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a property manager or similar role
  • Industry knowledge within the local area
  • A deep understanding of residential tenancy legislation
  • A current driver's licence and relevant industry certification
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
