Industrial Project Delivery Role

This position involves leading the successful execution of large-scale industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management and contract administration, with experience in delivering complex construction projects.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Driving best-in-class delivery on each project, achieving optimal client outcomes and long-term value.
  • Establishing clear roles and responsibilities across internal teams, contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Building and nurturing high-performing teams with the capabilities needed to support our growing business.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs, develop design briefs, and ensure alignment from concept through to completion.

The successful candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, with experience in contract management and financial oversight. They will also be proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and have experience with Procore, Aconex, and AutoCAD.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in industrial development, project management, or contract administration.
  • Proven track record in delivering multiple, complex construction projects valued at $50M+
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract management and financial oversight.
