**Facility Maintenance Professional Job Overview**

Cleaning areas of production and warehouse spaces is a key responsibility in this role. Essential tasks include:

  • Cleaning the production area, distinguishing between different types of waste and disposing of them accordingly.
  • Holding a valid forklift driver's license is mandatory.
  • Regularly inspecting and ensuring emergency exit doors remain unobstructed.

In addition to these duties, the facility cleaner will be responsible for collecting rubbish in the warehouse, wiping down surfaces, and serving as a backup for the office cleaner during their absence.

This position involves working Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm, with an 8-hour shift including a half-hour unpaid lunch break.

The working hours are flexible, allowing for varied start and end times, and we offer competitive pay rates of $32.00 per hour.

We also provide additional benefits such as overtime opportunities and a supportive work environment.

Key requirements for this position include:

  • Being an Australian permanent resident or citizen.
  • Having a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for transportation to work.

Please note that the expected workload for this role includes:

  • Cleaning: approximately 1 hour (variable)

The successful candidate must hold a valid driver's license and be comfortable with the physical demands of the job.
