Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team based in Brisbane or the Gold Coast.

This role involves providing maintenance, repairs, and technical support for cutting-edge medical equipment in hospital settings.

You'll be responsible for carrying out onsite repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance of Stryker medical equipment.

  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve confidently in high-pressure environments.
  • Build strong relationships with hospital staff and serve as their trusted technical advisor.
  • Manage your own schedule and travel regularly across the region.
  • Work closely with your team to share knowledge and achieve goals together.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 3 years of technical experience as a mechanic, electrician, engineer, or similar.
  • A practical problem-solver who is comfortable fixing things on the spot.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in fast-moving, changing environments.
  • Confident, professional, and effective communication skills – especially with customers.
  • Open to regular travel and hands-on work in various hospital settings.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Bonus: electrical license or experience with test & tag equipment.
