Deputy Principal

This is a newly established, full-time leadership role that plays a pivotal part in shaping the future of our school community.

The Deputy Principal will be responsible for assisting the Principal in leading and managing the school's operations, as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures to support student learning and wellbeing.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Principal in leading and managing the school's operations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support student learning and wellbeing
  • Provide leadership and guidance to teaching staff
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school improvement plans
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and policies

Required Qualifications:

  • Current registration with TRBWA
  • Working with Children Check (WWC)
  • Accreditation for Leadership
  • Qualifications in Education or a related field

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role in an educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students and parents
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
