**The Position**
John XXIII College, Perth, is an independent co-educational Catholic College in the Loreto and Ignatian Tradition, renowned for its academic achievement, inclusivity and co-curricular program. The College now seeks to appoint a driven and inspirational school leader to the position of Vice Principal.
With responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and management of the school, the Vice Principal will focus on driving the quality of education and academic practices, in addition to developing and supporting a strong pastoral care focus. Reporting to the Principal, and working with an experienced and capable executive team, the Vice Principal will be responsible for the overall management of the K-12 school operations including campus administration, welfare of students and the successful delivery of learning and teaching programs. Actively working to promote the values of the school and enhance its standing and reputation in the community, the Vice Principal will provide leadership in key operational matters, in addition to enabling quality and excellence through continuous improvement and innovation. Additional elements of the position will include the ongoing development of student leadership and continued support for a strong diversity and inclusion focus.

John XXIII College is home to over 1,550 students and over 240 staff.
