About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy School Leader to join our team. As a key member of the school's senior leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational vision and direction of the school.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Principal in leading the school community to achieve quality learning outcomes for all students. This will involve working collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to develop and implement effective strategies to improve student achievement.

You will also be responsible for deputising for the Principal when required, providing support and guidance to teachers and staff, and upholding the deputy principalship as a values-based, ethical, and moral activity.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to embed socially just practices in daily school life, set high standards for student and staff performance, and actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.

  • Leadership experience in Australian Curriculum, Inclusion, and supporting students with disabilities
  • Junior Secondary expertise
