About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parks Operations Manager to join our team at Belgravia Leisure.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing all business operations and guest experience, including check-in, amenities cleaning, general maintenance, and kiosk management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing business operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences;
  • Providing hands-on leadership and being accountable for financial outcomes;
  • Leading and supervising small teams;
  • Cleaning and maintaining facilities, cabins, and campgrounds;
  • Overseeing kiosk operations and managing day-to-day activities;
  • Solving problems in a fast-paced environment;
  • Driving achievement of agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

A strong support office and local management team provide assistance with WHS, holiday park legislation, IT, and HR matters to ensure success in this role.

Selection Criteria

  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to work;
  • Proven experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Familiarity with RMS, NewBook, and/or Rez Expert booking systems, as well as good computer skills;
  • A willingness to learn and apply company systems and processes;
  • Well-developed communication, organization, administration, and management skills;
  • The ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional manner.

What You'll Need

  • A First Aid Certificate;
  • A current CPR Certificate;
  • A National Police Check Clearance upon onboarding;
  • A Working with Children's Check.

This is a full-time position working across a seven-day roster, including public holidays, weekends, early mornings, and evenings. The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
