Electrical Project Engineer

We are seeking a talented and client-focussed Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the professional growth of our people and work on high-impact water, energy and manufacturing multi-disciplinary projects.

Job Description:

This role is primarily focused on winning and delivering projects across Victoria, with the opportunity to step into a team leadership role as part of your career progression. You will be involved in leading and collaborating on integrated multi-disciplinary projects through all phases, from tender preparation and design delivery through to construction support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) with 7+ years' relevant experience in electrical engineering on multidisciplinary industrial or water projects, ideally with Professional Engineering Registration in Victoria.
  • Demonstrated consulting mindset, including proactive stakeholder engagement, strategic problem-solving, project management skills and the ability to deliver tailored solutions for our clients.
  • Previous experience and a strong appetite to manage a team – are you able to develop and empower a high performing team?
  • Practical knowledge of relevant Australian Standards, such as AS/NZS 3000, switchboards and hazardous areas standards.
  • Understanding of motor control, PLCs, SCADA system and industrial networks is preferrable.
