About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Coach to lead our team as a key support to the Head Coach. As a Deputy Coach, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional community experience and driving profitable growth of the store.
You will develop and inspire a team from the get-go with a new store opening, ensuring they have the right product knowledge to educate the community on the product range.
Partner with the Head Coach to bring to life events localized to your store, manage the business, and build relationships with local values-aligned partners.
Galvanise the team around building relationships in the community, deliver weekly reflections and recaps on business performance, strengths and opportunities, and create tangible actions to be 1% better every day.
