**About the role**:
PTC are currently seeking a **full-time **team member who is a dedicated and driven **Retail Store Team Leade **r for our site in our **Highpoint **store

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operation and running of the store. You will be a hands on and inspirational leader who will be familiar with working in a fast paced and dynamic retail environment.

Not only will you manage your team, you will lead from the front, delighting your customers every step of the way. Confident and willing to go the extra mile for your loyal and returning customers.

**To be successful for this role, you will have**:
