Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Product Developer to oversee the end-to-end product development process for homeware products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage critical path and go-to-market calendar to ensure timely product launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver collections in line with our business strategy.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective solutions.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure clarity of expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience in developing home textile products, such as bedding, cushions & throws, towels, etc.
  • Understanding of fabric constructions, finishes, and performance characteristics.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury item costing and negotiating partnerships with suppliers.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills to manage timeliness of critical path.
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices and ethical compliance in sourcing and production.
