Senior Designer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to spearhead the creation of innovative and market-leading homeware products.

  • Product Development: craft unique designs that align with our brand image and target market, fostering growth and meaningful customer connections.
  • Trend forecasting & new product opportunities in the homewares market require expert analysis and strategic planning.
  • The ideal candidate will drive product design & development in 3D homeware products such as décor, candles, and dinnerware.
  • Effective leadership is crucial for improving product, process, and company culture.
Main Responsibilities
  • Lead design and development from concept to final product, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and manufacturing to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough market research and trend analysis to inform design decisions and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing timely delivery and quality standards.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Hardgoods Design.
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast and implement on-trend product ranges, driving sales and growth.
  • Strong understanding of commercial range architecture and its application in the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
