Key Responsibilities:

  2. Growth Leadership: Identify and execute growth strategies that deliver double-digit increases in sales and profit, supported by robust financial planning and forecasting.
  3. Trend & Customer Insight: Translate global trends and customer insights into compelling product ranges with a consistent brand identity.
  4. End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept through to in-store delivery, ensuring alignment with critical path timelines and business objectives.
  5. Supplier & Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong supplier relationships and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class products and commercial outcomes.
Requirements:
  1. Proven success in driving significant category growth and delivering increased profit in a fast-paced retail environment.
  2. Strong product development experience with a sharp eye for trends and customer preferences.
  3. Commercial acumen with a strategic mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making.
  4. Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  5. Experience in general merchandise is essential, with homewares experience highly desirable.
