We're on the lookout for a talented Homewares Designer who will be instrumental in driving growth and innovation within our Living Home team. You'll have the opportunity to identify and implement global homeware trends, developing products that resonate with our customers.

  • Trend Forecasting & Product Development: Identify new product opportunities in homewares markets and develop innovative furniture & 3D homeware products that meet customer needs.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Strive for excellence in product, process, and culture, building relationships and influencing key stakeholders to drive business success.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in Hardgoods Design, with experience in trend forecasting and product development.
  • The ability to create commercial and appealing product ranges, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and articulate complex ideas.
  • Familiarity with design software like Illustrator, Solid Works, or 3D capabilities programs, as well as technical specification drawing creation.
  • Solid understanding of factory capabilities and limitations for mass production.
  • Proven experience in product development in conjunction with factories.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident presentation skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
