Dedicated Caregiver Wanted

As a dedicated caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live their best lives. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional care and support to clients in accordance with their personalized care plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality care and support to clients, including assisting with daily activities, personal care needs, and medication requirements.
- Developing skills to encourage independence among clients, promoting a holistic approach to care.
- Working collaboratively as part of the care team to deliver exceptional services to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications">
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A warm and caring nature, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our clients.
- Flexibility to work a varied roster, including night shifts, to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Home & Community Care, and current First Aid & CPR certificates.
