Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Contract Manager to join our team. As a leading technology company, we combine the real and digital worlds in rail.

Responsibilities
  • Manage contracts for major infrastructure projects.
  • Interface with external entities within joint ventures and across contractual structures.
  • Draft complex correspondence, build claims, and negotiate dispute resolutions in collaboration with project and commercial managers.
  • Prepare contract summaries and provide cross-functional support to ensure obligations are met, risks are mitigated, and opportunities are realised.
Requirements
  • 4+ years post-graduate experience.
  • Background in private legal practice or in-house legal roles (preferred).
  • Expertise in contract management and dispute resolution in infrastructure/construction sectors.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and ability to assess and mitigate contractual risks.
  • Proficiency in drafting contractual notices, claims, and responses.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
