Contract Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team.

In this position, you will collaborate with stakeholders and business owners to develop and implement effective contract management strategies.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Forecasts planning and reviews of contracts;
  • Evaluating vendor selection, negotiation, and procurement processes;
  • Collaboration with departments like Finance, Legal, Privacy, Risk, and Cyber to ensure their needs are integrated into the sourcing process.

You will also advise business owners on best practices and market insights, supporting our long-term enterprise strategy.

About the Position:

This is a full-time permanent role in Sydney, offering a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in contract management or a commercial role, with regular engagement with legal, privacy, and cybersecurity stakeholders;
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, including an understanding of contract management practices and legal terminology;
  • Ability to navigate complex legal documents and ensure compliance with privacy and cybersecurity requirements;
  • Proven track record in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contract terms for technology services.
