Your next opportunity:

We are currently offering an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to become part of our expanding Boral Asphalt team in WA. This is a Fixed Term contract.

Reporting directly to the WA Area Manager, this role is crucial to providing key support and overseeing the administrative requirements for the WA Asphalt team.

Your day will involve:

  • Maintaining the current maintenance management system, Maximo.
  • Compliance and Induction.
  • Work Orders and Supplier documentation.
  • Updating and distributing reports for various internal business stakeholders.
  • Forecasting and scheduling planned maintenance activities.
  • Organising Purchase Orders and vendors.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in a similar Administration role ideally within the civil contracting/construction/project management industries.
  • Exposure to Maximo and Oracle systems.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to resolve issues.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and see tasks through to completion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and numerical accuracy.
