Clinical Lead Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare services, you will be responsible for providing support, direction, and education to clinicians within our Virtual Health department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance, support, and orientation to Virtual Health Clinicians to ensure high-quality patient care through evidence-based guidelines and protocols.
  • Plan and coordinate services related to specific client or patient groups in the practice setting.
  • Act as a role model in providing holistic care to patients or clients, demonstrating expertise and leadership skills.
  • Contribute to the management of action research projects and participate in quality assurance programs to drive continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • Registered nurse with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare system.
  • Maintains an unrestricted registration as a registered nurse with a relevant nursing authority.
  • Demonstrates contemporary knowledge and experience of Healthdirect Virtual Health Services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
Benefits:

This is a fixed-term, part-time/full-time position offering flexible shift times between 2-10 hours. Overnight availability is highly desirable.
