About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Registered Nurse in a fast-paced environment, providing quality clinical care to patients. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining patient care plans, liaising with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team to provide coordinated patient management, and assessing patients to coordinate outpatient and inpatient treatments.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. You should have a strong ability to put patients at ease, be warm and caring, and able to work autonomously in a busy environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification
  • Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Minimum of 12 months post-graduate experience within the last 5 years in an acute care, primary health care, or military setting
  • Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification
