Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage the provision of services within our treatment rooms.
About This RoleIn this key position, you will conduct a range of clinical duties including health assessments and immunisations, assist with rostering, recruitment, and staff performance management. You will be responsible for building relationships with patients to create ease prior to procedures or treatments.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct clinical duties with direction from healthcare professionals including pathology collection, vaccinations, ECG monitoring, wound dressings, linen changes, equipment cleaning, and sterilisation.
- Triage patients and assist healthcare professionals in procedures.
- Liaise with practice managers and employees to ensure Standard Operating Procedures are known and followed.
You will be a Registered Nurse with prior experience in General Practice or an Acute setting; previous leadership experience will be highly regarded.
We are looking for someone passionate about healthcare and improving the lives of those in our community.
This role offers the opportunity to work independently and make decisions while being part of a collaborative medical centre team.
