About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketing Strategist to join our team at Tinuiti. As a key member of our growth team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital growth trajectory through expert-level leadership and execution of performance-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals, leading the implementation and optimization of multi-channel campaigns.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize advanced analytics tools to collect, analyze, and interpret campaign data, deriving actionable insights and translating findings into optimization strategies to improve ROI, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
  • Audience Strategy and Segmentation: Lead sophisticated audience research, segmentation, and targeting initiatives, utilizing advanced targeting capabilities to optimize audience selection and messaging strategies.
  • Creative Direction and Testing: Collaborate closely with creative teams to conceptualize and develop high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets, overseeing A/B testing and iteration cycles to refine and enhance campaign performance.
  • Budget Management and Reporting: Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively, optimizing spending for maximum ROI, generating detailed reports, analyzing performance metrics, and presenting strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Industry Leadership and Innovation: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing, leading the adoption of innovative approaches to drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, with advanced degree or certifications preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on strategy development, campaign management, and optimization.
  • Skills: Expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.), exceptional analytical skills, strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and the capacity to drive impactful campaigns in a dynamic environment.
  • Competencies: Demonstrated ability to lead the development and execution of comprehensive performance marketing strategies, proficiency in advanced data analysis techniques and tools, extensive experience in sophisticated audience research, segmentation, and targeting, and proven track record in overseeing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns.
