Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced bakery working with sourdough starters and baking.
  • Formal bakery training is highly valued.
  • High energy levels, enthusiasm, and a hands-on approach.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • A self-motivated work ethic focused on achieving production targets.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, AQ systems, and OH&S is preferred.
