
Corporate Services Coordinator

This role involves overseeing facilities management across multiple retail and corporate sites, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of services.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate and oversee facilities management services
- Build strong, professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Support subcontractor and supplier engagement to ensure quality service delivery
- Monitor compliance and safety requirements, providing accurate and timely reporting
- Collaborate with site-based teams, offering both remote and on-site support
Requirements:
- 1-3+ years' experience in facilities management (all levels encouraged to apply)
- Experience working with retail, shopping centre, or corporate portfolios highly valued
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management systems
- Organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a high-volume environment
