Job Title: Corporate Services Coordinator

This role offers a unique opportunity to provide administrative support to various stakeholders, including HR and recruitment teams.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our HR Information System, ensuring accurate data entry and management of employee records. They will also assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as maintain our Learning Management System.

Daily Responsibilities:

- Maintaining the recruitment system, including ad posting and applicant tracking
- Managing HR documents, including letters and employment agreements
- Assisting with people and client surveys
- Producing reports in Excel and Power Automate
- Contributing to whole of business projects and improvement initiatives
- General administration duties

About You:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 12 months experience in a corporate services administration or coordination role. You should have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work with confidential information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including MS Forms and Power Automate
- High level initiative and attention to detail
- Professionalism and confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
