Job Overview

This role plays a critical part in shaping the future of our engineering capability by partnering with our founder, VP Eng, and Head of Talent. The Senior Recruiter will take ownership of engineering hiring end-to-end, focusing on senior and critical engineering hires (e.g., Staff, Principal, and Leadership). You will design and run high-calibre talent funnels across digital and in-person experiences, creating engaging recruiting processes that move fast.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to craft compelling stories that showcase our company's values and mission. With strong analytical skills, you will analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ensuring that our recruitment strategies are always evolving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic recruitment plans to attract top engineering talent
  • Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to engage candidates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and hiring managers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a tech environment
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting senior and leadership-level talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
