The Senior Event Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering successful events within the SA Division. This position necessitates previous experience in event coordination or management, coupled with strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to design and execute the SA events program.
  • Plan, manage, and implement event communications and marketing strategies, including follow-up and evaluation.
  • Engage with members at events to gather feedback and information.
  • Manage event finances and track progress towards targets.
  • Represent the organization on various committees as directed.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in events coordination or management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong marketing experience and/or expertise is advantageous.
