Job Title: Data Center Operations Expert

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Operations Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional support services in data center operations, ensuring seamless and efficient delivery of hardware and equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing on-call availability to respond to urgent requests and ensure timely delivery of hardware.
  • Ensuring accurate and secure storage and staging of IT hardware and equipment.
  • Performing hardware replacements and upgrades in data center environments with minimal downtime.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing faulty equipment to prevent delays and minimize losses.
  • Maintaining detailed records of equipment movements, issues, and resolutions.

This role requires strong knowledge of data center equipment, IT hardware, and associated technologies. The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
