Data Center Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Center Operations Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to take on a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting and operation, including standby diesel generators, switchboards/switchgears, UPSs, PDUs, AHUs, pumps, motors, VFDs, and building automation systems.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine and corrective maintenance on critical systems, including reviewing work orders, scheduling repairs, and conducting inspections.
- Performance Optimization: Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on facility infrastructure operations and maintenance.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Experience with safety protocols and procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
