Job Title

A senior professional is sought to lead the Earth Observation Program Management Services. The role involves overseeing program and project management, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex programs and projects, with a strong understanding of business acumen, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

  • Lead and manage the Earth Observation Program Management Office (EO PMO) within Space Division.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the Chief of Space Division and two Branches: Satellite Land Imaging Collection (SLIC) Branch and Digital Earth (DE) Branch.
  • Develop and implement program strategies and plans, including submissions to Executives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and partners to achieve program objectives.
  • Monitor, manage, and report risks, as well as progress against delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated extensive experience in program or project management in government or industry.
  • Highly developed organisational skills, self-drive, initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Professional training and qualification in program or project management.
