Asset Management Position

This role entails developing and implementing asset renewal and maintenance programs for infrastructure assets.

  • Develop and manage Asset Management Plans, ensuring optimal asset performance.
  • Prepare asset renewal programs for roads, public spaces, buildings, and stormwater assets, leveraging industry best practices.
  • Coordinate the review and integration of infrastructure impacting strategies and plans to drive informed decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough condition and defects inspections for buildings and all infrastructure assets, identifying areas for improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Asset Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Conquest, PowerBI, GIS, and Tech1, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
