Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture, verify and maintain data for infrastructure assets in our Asset Management System
  • Undertake scheduled and reactive maintenance inspections of our infrastructure assets and report any compliance issues
  • Investigate customer requests and provide advice to the Assets System Officer of the outcomes and any remedial works necessary
  • Assist in the preparation of maintenance programs and service delivery agreements in consultation with other technical specialists within the organisation
About You:
  • Qualifications or relevant experience in Asset Inspection or related discipline
  • Class 'C' driver's licence
  • WHS Construction Induction Certificate (White Card)
  • Demonstrated ability to co-ordinate, plan and prioritise projects to achieve desired outcomes
  • Sound understanding of Local Government legislation and asset management
