About the Role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Bonds Kids Miranda Store.

This is a part-time position working 34 hours per week, with a Sunday to Thursday roster.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will lead by example by creating memorable customer connections
  • Assist in the training and development of your team to help deliver on store budgets and KPIs
  • Execute visual merchandising in-store to drive sales and engagement
  • Manage high stock volumes, including processing deliveries
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad hoc tasks as required
