Job Title: Elearning Advisor

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Elearning Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for education and training who can collaborate closely with our Director of Education and Learning Strategies to foster innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to listen and understand client needs, exceptional communication skills both internally and externally, and high levels of organization and preparation. Proficiency in Office 365 and e-learning authoring tools such as H5P, Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Captivate is also essential.

This role offers flexible work hours with a minimum expectation of 10 hours per week, professional development assistance, and the opportunity to work from home. We are committed to delivering high-quality e-learning content and are looking for someone who shares our vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review client-provided material for e-learning conversion
  • Research new techniques and approaches to stay ahead in the industry
  • Develop comprehensive course storyboards incorporating progressive pedagogical methods
  • Implement feedback and collaborate closely with the Director of Education and Learning Strategies
  • Engage in professional development under the banner of e-learning, including researching new authoring tools and contemporary educational practices
Requirements:
  • Experience in the education and training industries
  • Exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally
  • Goal-oriented, with a strong ability to listen and understand client needs
  • Highly organized, with a focus on detail and preparation
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and e-learning authoring tools such as H5P, Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Captivate
