Learning Content Developer

The Learning Content Developer role will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality, compliant learning materials across multiple qualifications.
This includes designing and updating content within the LMS (Moodle) and other digital platforms, ensuring alignment with instructional design standards, and helping ensure unit content aligns with VET training package requirements.
The role also involves assisting with compliance checks and contributing to the continuous improvement of learning resources.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create engaging high-quality learning content using a range of different presentation tools and formats
- Maintain and continuously improve learning materials based on feedback from students, staff and stakeholders
- Collaborate with curriculum team members in developing and updating assessment tools
- Build and edit learning materials on various platforms including Moodle
- Follow internal design processes and style guides
- Participate in validation, compliance checks and any assessment tool rectifications as required
- Track tasks and meet agreed completion timeframes
- Collaborate and communicate with the wider academic and administration teams
- Ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Curriculum Manager
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualifications in instructional or learning design or equivalent work experience
- Experience with digital platforms and applications
- Current Working with Children clearance, or willingness to obtain
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Training and Assessment (desired)
- Familiarity with VET frameworks (desired)
