Key Clinical Partnership Role

The position focuses on establishing effective mechanisms for clinical governance with Third-Party Providers (TPPs) across the Asia Pacific Market Unit in Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong.

This is a permanent full-time position based in Melbourne office. The company offers flexible hybrid arrangements combining office and remote work.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to develop strategic quality partnerships with clinical TPPs, enhance clinical engagement and contracting mechanisms, and collaborate with external stakeholders to research and evaluate innovative clinical care models.

You will play a key role in evaluating and improving clinical service performance, as well as providing clinical governance support to the Environmental and Social Governance agenda.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic quality partnerships with clinical TPPs across APAC business services.
  • Enhance clinical TPP engagement and contracting mechanisms for evaluating and improving clinical service performance.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to research and evaluate innovative clinical care models.
  • Support MU Environmental and Social Governance initiatives and provide clinical support.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant health-related field or an equivalent health professional qualification along with valid AHPRA registration.
  • A minimum of six years of clinical experience in the specific area of expertise.
  • Qualifications in clinical governance, quality improvement, clinical audit, healthcare risk management, or a related field are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with current service and care models in aged care, dental, hospitals, day procedure centres, hospital in the home, and allied health.
