As a Senior Project Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for upholding and embedding departmental and Divisional project governance processes and reporting capability across projects. Your excellent analytical skills and strong interpersonal abilities will enable you to build productive relationships with stakeholders and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Delivery Team, ensuring timely delivery of project objectives.
  • Develop and implement project governance processes and reporting capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress and performance.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to implementing changes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a medium to large organisation.
  • A strong understanding of ICT development and delivery in a government context.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
