At Boost Juice, we're passionate about making delicious smoothies and serving up great customer experiences. As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in driving our store's success by leading a team of energetic and enthusiastic team members.
Job DescriptionWe're looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve performance.
- Providing coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and sales growth.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
