Role Overview

Create a magical experience for families and inspire your team to deliver exceptional visitor experiences as a Chief Experience Leader.

Maintain calm and composure during the dynamic festive season, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining the magic. Lead from the front, showing your team how it's done with warmth, professionalism, and a dash of festive flair.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating your team to deliver high-quality visitor experiences
  • Managing daily operations, rosters, and workflow
  • Welcome families and maintain a joyful atmosphere
  • Bring energy and positivity even on busiest days
  • Oversee POS operations, processing, and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail
  • Evaluate and improve processes to ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality
