Clinical Coach

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Coach to join our team.

  • Provide expert support and guidance to Clinicians to ensure optimal outcomes for our clinics
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
  • Foster relationships with professional bodies, educational institutions and hearing aid manufacturers
  • Represent us at internal and external meetings with key stakeholders as required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose client hearing loss using various techniques, including audiometric tests
  • Report results and make referrals to medical practitioners as necessary
  • Recommend solutions to clients with hearing impairment and provide aural rehabilitation programs
  • Provide counseling, advice and information to clients and families as part of overall treatment
  • Develop and manage noise control and hearing conservation strategies

Requirements:

  • Audiology qualification from a reputable university or TAFE Audiometry Qualification
  • Current membership (CCP) or eligibility for membership (CCP) of AudA or ACAud
  • Current QP number or eligibility to obtain one
  • Solid audiological skills and knowledge
  • Previous experience in developing and delivering training
  • Excellent levels of customer care and service, and a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
