Overview

eDiscovery is a rapidly growing industry within the legal space, driven by the exponential growth of data in our increasingly digital world.

Corporate litigation and investigations frequently involve large volumes of documents and emails. Our team specializes in efficiently processing these massive datasets through sophisticated software to provide actionable insights for legal teams.

Our E-Discovery Specialist plays a critical role in completing and coordinating E-Discovery projects. This includes providing technical support to project management teams globally, managing electronic discovery solutions, and ensuring compliance with client specifications.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify client objectives and develop tailored software solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with Relativity and LAW to execute document productions, including bates stamping, load file creation, and OCR services.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless delivery and quality assurance.
  • Juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining tight deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, offering proactive solutions to enhance their workflow throughout the case's lifecycle.
  • Develop expertise in eDiscovery best practices to advise clients on optimal workflows for their unique objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, digital forensics, data processing, and hosting teams.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in Relativity and LAW platforms.
  • Experience with document production, OCR, and data processing.
  • Strong analytical skills for identifying process anomalies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting.
