We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our manufacturing team as a Production Assistant.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in Campbellfield (Victoria) where we are looking for someone to operate machines efficiently, conduct processes effectively, and achieve production targets.

  • Operate machinery in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and reporting any hazards or incidents.
  • Contribute to a clean and organized workplace by maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure clear understanding of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Perform quality checks on products throughout the stages of manufacturing.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
  • Mechanical aptitude and computer literacy.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Self-motivation and strong timekeeping abilities.
  • Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.

Please note that this role requires a current and valid Driver's Licence and Forklift Licence. Additionally, CPR and First Aid Certification would be beneficial but can be obtained through the business.
