Job Title: Works Ready Team Leader

Zinfra is seeking a skilled leader to coordinate work packages for field delivery teams. This role requires strong leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a sound understanding of construction, maintenance, scheduling, and network operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of planners across multiple depots to prepare accurate, timely, and efficient work packages for safe and effective field execution.
  • Oversee job scoping, outage management, and materials ordering to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Field Leaders, and representatives to ensure seamless transition from planning to execution.
Requirements:
  • Experience in electrical networks, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in work planning and order management within the electricity supply industry.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, GIS tools, and other work management systems.
