Are you looking for a leadership opportunity that will challenge your strategic thinking and business skills? Look no further. As an Operations Lead, you will have the chance to drive business performance by leading a team focused on go-to-market strategy, planning, execution, and tracking.

This role is critical to our business success, and as such, requires a strong leader who can work closely with the leadership team to identify and operationalize go-to-market strategy. You will lead the annual Revenue Planning process for our business, ensuring alignment with regional processes.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also provide broad support to the Markets Leader to assist with organization and management of our Markets structure. This includes tracking sales and revenue performance, drawing out actionable insights from available data, and ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place for oversight and approval of pursuits and pricing proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy, working closely with the leadership team
  • Lead the annual Revenue Planning process, ensuring alignment with regional processes
