Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for recruitment to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, conducting telephone screens and interviews, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. They will also identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial application to onboarding
  • Conduct telephone screens and virtual competency-based interviews
  • Coordinate reference checks and psychometric testing
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Management or Human Resources
  • Experience in retail recruitment is highly desirable
  • Sound knowledge of ATS systems and Page Up is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
