Electronics and IoT Team Lead

The primary focus in this role will be to lead the electronics and IoT team with hands-on involvement with various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage six staff members in the electronics and IoT team
  • Develop specifications for new products, plus modifications and improvements
  • Create product testing procedures
  • Contribute to schematics and PCB layouts for new product developments
  • Support production teams with technical assistance
  • Work on the construction and management of production test equipment

About the Role:

As a key member of our organisation, you'll use your experience in staff management to drive business growth.

Requirements:

- Experience leading a team in an R&D-related field

- Relevant tertiary qualifications

- Knowledge in specification & product development, plus project & laboratory management

Desirable Skills:

- Experience with electronics and IoT
